Each insurance cases progress can be followed precisely and everyone involved in it is immediately notified if a change occurs. 
A paramedic can apply a bunch of filters to find the most suitable cases for him. 
During the lifecycle of a case you can attach important documents to it, you can rate and leave a review on the paramedic that accepted the case.
